Diddy shared another heartbreaking tribute to Kim Porter, as she was laid to rest.
The model died last week and her funeral was held in her hometown in Georgia, yesterday.
Diddy dated the model for thirteen years and the couple had three children together, before they split in 2007.
The rapper has shared a number of emotional tributes to his ex since her death, and thanked everyone for their support yesterday, as Kim was laid to rest.
“Today we lay to rest our ANGEL. Her spirit lives on with us FOREVER!!!” the rapper captioned an image of Kim.
“We thank you all for your prayers and support. You have no idea how much it means to us. We thank GOD for all of you.”
The father-of-five also shared videos and pictures of Kim playing with their children and wrote: “The truest definition of a MOTHER”.
