Colin Jost has admitted he felt “lucky” to be able to marry Scarlett Johannson during the pandemic.
The SNL star proposed to the actress in May 2019, after two years of dating.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in October 2020 with only their immediate family and love ones present due to the restrictions.
Colin appeared on the latest episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he opened up about their big day.
The comedian said: “We snuck it in. We felt lucky that we were able to get a wedding and have our family’s there and be able to do it safely. It was nice, we felt like we got away with it.”
The 38-year-old opened up to Entertainment Tonight about how marriage has been amid the pandemic, saying: “It seems like a good one. If you can make it through this situation, it seems like a very good sign.”
