Chrissy Teigen admits she’s ‘worried’ for her family – over false claims linking her to Jeffrey Epstein

The former model has continuously shut down rumours she used to rub shoulders with the convicted pedophile

Chrissy Teigen has admitted that she’s “worried” for her family, over false claims linking her to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Last October, the TV personality shut down rumours she and husband John Legend were on flight logs for Jeffrey’s private jet – but the conspiracy theory has since resurfaced on Twitter.

Last night, the 34-year-old took to Twitter to express her concern for her family’s well-being – following accusations tying her to the scandal.

After a Twitter user noted that Chrissy had been mass deleting tweets, the mother-of-two replied: “I actually deleted 60,000 tweets because I cannot f****** STAND you idiots anymore and I’m worried for my family.”

“Finding me talking about toddlers and tiaras in 2013 and thinking you’re some sort of f****** operative,” she added.

In another tweet, Chrissy wrote: “Everyone thinking I’m guilty because I’m defensive. You understand you are calling me a pedophile, correct?”

Addressing the recent arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell, who is accused of being involved in Jeffrey’s alleged sex crimes, Chrissy added that she did not believe the false accusations would “go away”.

“When pedo Ghislaine sings like a canary (if she doesn’t die) and we have nothing to do with this, I know for a fact it won’t go away,” Chrissy tweeted.

“They’ll just think of another excuse. It is extremely disheartening. I don’t know how to stop this. i don’t think anyone quite gets it.”

“I have block chained over one million people, ONE MILLION people today and I am still flooded with sick psychopaths. So please, spare me the ‘just ignore them, they’re just trolls.'”

“Anyhow I’ll do my best to stop entertaining them. They have definitely been living for this and have zeroed in on ONLY me.”

“Thank u to EVERYONE for helping me, in and out of the dm’s. People I’ve never met have been so, so kind,” she concluded.

Back in 2018, Chrissy and her husband John Legend threatened a lawsuit after they were accused of being connected to a debunked rumour of a child sex ring in Washington known as Pizzagate.

Taking to Twitter at the time, Chrissy threatened legal action by tweeting: “Alright. I debated saying something about this but I’m pretty disturbed over here. The fact that there are people with these…thoughts…is really scary.”

Jeffrey Epstein was arrested last summer on federal charges of exploiting dozens of underage girls.

But before he went on trial, the 66-year-old was found dead in his jail cell after taking his own life.

Accusations that Chrissy and John used Jeffrey’s private jet resurfaced on Twitter following the arrest of his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell earlier this month.

The British socialite was arrested in New Hampshire, and has been accused of helping the disgraced financier “identify, befriend and groom” young girls.

Ghislaine was recently arrested over charges relating to Jeffrey Epstein

Last year, one of Jeffrey’s alleged victims Virginia Roberts Guiffre claimed Ghislaine helped him groom teen girls for sex.

Speaking to NBC’s Dateline last November, Virginia alleged that Jeffrey directed her to have sex with a number of powerful men – including Prince Andrew.

The Duke of York later denied her claims in a controversial Newsnight interview, in which he addressed his former friendship with Jeffrey.

Ghislaine Maxwell has been charged with six criminal counts, including four related to transporting minors for illegal sexual acts and two for perjury.

However, the socialite has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her.

A trial date has been set for 12 July 2021, and the 58-year-old faces up to 35 years in prison if convicted.

On the latest episode of Goss Chats, Ali Ryan chats to Ronan Keating about his stat-studded upcoming music special, and working with Robbie Williams on a special new song dedicated to Stephen Gately.

#GossChats is sponsored by top aesthetic clinic Haus of JeJuve, which is now back open for bookings.
