Chris Brown has hit out at Offset after the rapper criticised him for sharing a meme about 21 Savage.

The singer shared a video of 21 Savage rapping with a British accent dubbed over, as the 26-year-old was taken into custody over the weekend after U.S. officials claimed that he had overstayed his visa.
