Chris Brown was reportedly arrested in Paris yesterday, on suspicion of rape.
The French edition of Closer magazine has reported that a 24-year-old woman has accused the singer of raping her on January 15, at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Paris.
Police officials have reportedly said that Chris was detained on Monday, and he is currently still in custody.
The complainant has allegedly claimed that she met Chris at a nightclub, and then returned to his hotel with other women and three men.
The woman has alleged that Chris attacked her when they were left alone together.
A source has claimed, “He is accused of a rape and is being held at the judicial police offices in the 1st arrondissement.”
“He was arrested with two others on Monday, and interviews and other enquiries are ongoing. The offence is said to have taken place on the night of January 15 this year.”
