Caitlyn Jenner sends supportive message to ‘good friend’ Kanye West

The rapper has recently sparked concern for his well-being

Caitlyn Jenner has shown her support for Kanye West, amid fears the rapper is in the middle of a serious bipolar episode.

The 70-year-old opened up about her relationship with Kanye on Good Morning Britain, and admitted her son-in-law has been “extremely supportive” of her over the last few years.

“I hope for the best for him, he’s a really good guy,” she shared.

“He has been the most kind, loving human being and so good to me throughout the years and especially going through everything I have been through in the last five years.”

“He has been such a good friend,” Caitlyn added. “Kanye’s got a great heart.”

The news comes after Kanye returned to Twitter last Friday, and addressed his recent speech at his presidential rally in South Carolina.

During the rally, Kanye broke down as he spoke about almost aborting his now-seven-year-old daughter North.

Kanye tweeted that he was “concerned for the world” as he defended the fact that he cried over the subject of abortion.

“I cried at the thought of aborting my first born and everyone was so concerned about me… I’m concerned for the world that feels you shouldn’t cry about this subject.”

In another tweet, Kanye wrote: “There is a tactic of 4 D’s: Distract Discredit Dismiss To Destroy.”

“I am quite alright. Take a second and think about what is being projected here,” he added.

Kanye has posted a number of shocking statements on Twitter since his presidential rally, and he even accused his wife Kim Kardashian of trying to get him “locked up”.

The rapper also claimed he’s been “trying to get divorced” from Kim ever since she met Meek Mill back in 2018 to discuss prison reform, and he also appeared to slam his mother-in-law Kris Jenner.

Kanye later deleted the tweets, and a few hours later Kim released a statement addressing her husband’s recent behaviour.

In the statement, Kim opened up about her husband’s mental health – explaining how “incredibly complicated and painful” it can be to struggle with bipolar disorder.

The mother-of-four also asked the public to show her family “compassion” during such a difficult time.

Days later, Kim and Kanye reunited in Wyoming, and the reality star was pictured in tears as the couple had a tense conversation in a carpark.

Kanye and Kim tied the knot back in 2014, and the couple share four kids – North, 7, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 14 months.
