Britney Spears’ dad demands to see Kevin Federline’s tax returns – after he asks for more child support

Britney's ex is demanding a raise on his 20k a month child support payments

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has requested an increase of his child support payments from her, who is already dishing out $20,000 a month.

The pop star’s dad, Jamie, has now come to her defence and has demanded to see her ex’s 2017 tax returns in order to examine where the money is being spent.

The couple were married from 2004 to 2007, and share two children together, Jayden James and Sean, aged 11 and 12.

According to TMZ, Jamie is demanding the tax return in order to see exactly where his daughter’s child support payments are being spent, because he fears that Kevin is spending them on his 4 other children.

Jamie has stated that he wants the best for his grandsons, so he would not hesitate to support the increase if the tax returns prove the need for it.

Reports claim that Britney wants this issue to be resolved as fast as possible.  However, concerns have been raised that if she gives in too easily, Kevin will continue to demand more.

The legal team representing Kevin Federline have requested that the child support be reevaluated annually based on the artist’s income.

The Baby One More Time singer recently wrapped up her Las Vegas residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, which grossed over $130 million over its 4 year run.

So, what the lawyers are suggesting would result in a HUGE payday for her ex following her recent success.
