Bella Hadid has responded to claims that Drake’s new song Finesse is about her.
The Canadian rapper released his double-sided album Scorpion this week, and fans immediately started dissecting the lyrics in every song.
Fans were quick to question whether ‘Finesse’ was about Drake’s rumoured romance with Bella Hadid.
In the song, Drake raps, “I want my baby to have your eyes, I’m going against my own advice / Should I do New York? I can’t decide / Fashion Week is more your thing than mine.”
Fans were convinced that the rapper referenced Bella’s sister Gigi in the song, as other lyrics read, “You stay on my mind / You and your sister too hot to handle.”
However, Bella has since responded by saying, “Not me!! That’s disrespectful. WHY CANT PPL BE FRIENDS W/o all the insinuation.”
In Drake’s fifth studio album, the rapper confirmed that he has a son in the tracks ‘Emotionless’ and ‘March 14’.Â
