Audrina Patridge has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband Corey Bohan.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Corey has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from The Hills star and their three-year-old daughter Kirra.

The news comes after Audrina reportedly filed an emergency motion that included allegations of domestic violence earlier this week.

This isn’t the first time Audrina has been granted a temporary restraining order against Corey, as she sought one back in September 2017 – the same time she filed for a divorce.

At the time, the reality star claimed that Corey “shoved” her while she was holding their daughter, and had threatened suicide.

The former couple eventually finalised their divorce in December 2018, but their rocky relationship has continued to hit headlines.

Just last year, Corey filed a court order to prevent their daughter from appearing in The Hills reboot, which Audrina stars in.

However, Corey eventually signed off on Kirra appearing on The Hills: New Beginnings, but their daughter is not allowed to be part of any other shows or projects, unless Corey gives his approval.
