Ariana Grande says ‘Farewell 2018, you f***’ as she celebrates New Years

She split from fiance Pete Davidson, and was left devastated when her ex Mac Miller died of an overdose – so it’s no surprise that Ariana Grande is happy to see the back of 2018.

The Thank U Next singer took to Instagram to say goodbye to a rough year.

Sharing a photo of herself on her feed, Ariana wrote: “farewell 2018, you f***. i hope this new year brings you all much laughter, clarity and healing”

“be gentle with yourselves and each other. if we made it thru this last year, we’ll for sure make it thru this one,” she added.

“thank you for everything,” she finished the post with.

Although Ariana has had a tough year she was also named Billboard Woman of the Year and Thank U Next became her first single to go straigt to number one.
