American Horror Story’s Dylan McDermott won’t face sexual assault charges.
The actor was accused of sexually assaulting a women in 1991, but the case has been dropped as it is outside the statute of limitations.
According to a Los Angeles County District Attorney Charge Evaluation Worksheet obtained by People: “The allegation is outside the statute of limitations, therefore, an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the evidence is not warranted and prosecution is declined.”
The news comes after sexual assault cases against Kevin Spacey, Anthony Anderson and Steven Seagal were also dropped due to them being outside the statute of limitations.
The 56-year-old is set to return to American Horror Story for the new Apocalypse season.
