Alfonso Ribeiro has sued Fornite creators for using his famous ‘Carlton dance’ from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in their game.

The actor is well-known for the hilarious dance he debuted on the show in the 1990s and even performed it when he was a contestant on Dancing With The Stars in 2014.

According to TMZ, the 47-year-old filed a suit against Epic Games, the company who created Fortnite, yesterday.

In documents obtained by the publication, Alfonso claimed the game brought out the dance as a new feature of characters and called it ‘Fresh emote’.

The star is reportedly in the process of copyrighting the dance and also filed a suit against 2K Games for using his dance in NBA 2K.
