6 Ways To Overcome A Bad Hair Day

Let’s just own up to fact that it’s inevitable we’re all going to have a bad hair day.

Acceptance is always the first step to overcoming the MAJOR beauty disaster but never fear, there’s a number of ways to conceal it.

With a bank holiday ahead of us and many an opportunity to go awry, there is no reason to fret with these nifty but stylish tricks to turning the tables on your bad hair day:

1. Wrap it Up

Scarves aren’t just for around your neck but are a nice accessory to cover your hair when it starts reacting to humidity like Monica from Friends.

If you’re suffering badly from a case of unruly hair then try cover your ‘do with a turban or even a bandanna.

Great for protecting your locks in the heat when on holiday, if your hair drier then the Sahara Desert then lash a treatment on your tresses while covered by a chic scarf.

At the end of the day wash it out and your bad hair day will be no more…fingers crossed.

Don’t you just hate it when you wake up late with your hair in a frizzy mess and there is simply nothing than you can do about it…well that’s until now.

A teased hun bun is a God send if you’re suffering from a case of “can’t dealitis” so just tease the frizz a little more, add a touch of Baptiste Dry Shampoo, €3.99, and swirl it around for a now chic messy chignon.

If it’s good enough for Saoirse Ronan then it’s good enough for all of us!

To get the look try tight braids then once put in place on top of your head with bobby pins – gently pull a few strands around the face for an effortless look.

To achieve the look, work with the natural oils from your hair by applying hair gel or spray like VO5 Mega Hold Gel Spray, €4.99, over your fingertips to your dry hair.

Start with a small amount of gel and add more as needed then comb the hair and apply hairspray. Voila!
