RTE show The Voice of Ireland has announced it’s back for a fifth season and is searching for Ireland’s next big star.
After the release of last year’s winner Patrick Donoghue (now Patrick James) new single, Redemption Days – producers are now looking for applications for auditions starting this autumn.
Following four successful series, the show is looking for “the ethereal, the gravelly, the sonorous, the hypnotic – a unique voice that will blow the coaches away”.

Singers will have just 90 seconds in a blind audition to impress the judges who will decide whether or not to turn their chair around and support the act.
