On the hottest day of the summer to-date, The Ivy Dawson Street hosted a fun-filled tropical themed party in celebration of its first birthday.
Guests headed to the restaurant for an exciting night of music, flowing cocktails and entertainment.
Highlighting the restaurant’s striking interiors and in keeping with the evening’s theme, guests were able to enjoy a beautiful floral installation as they entered the brasserie, with additional floral touchpoints situated throughout the space.
Once inside, party-goers were wowed by live performers, impressive stilt walkers and dazzling fire breathers.
Cocktails included a refreshing Lillet Rose Sloe Gin Fizz, incorporating Monkey 47 Sloe, whilst guests were also able to enjoy a series of canapés including lobster cornet, tempura prawns, and mini lemon meringues for those with a sweet tooth.
Speaking at the event, General Manager, Jamie Belton said: “The team and I cannot believe it’s been a year since we opened in the heart of Dublin.”
“The Ivy Dawson Street has aimed to bring a touch of Ivy magic to the city, and we hope to continue welcoming residents and visitors of Ireland to the brasserie over the coming years.”
