She’s been receiving rave reviews for her role in upcoming flick Brooklyn and now it has been revealed that actress Saoirse Ronan will get a Hollywood Film Award next month.
The Carlow native will received the New Hollywood Award at the Beverly Hills ceremony next month.
The film gala, taking place on November 1st, will see the 21-year-old grab a statue for her work on the highly anticipated Irish movie.

Other stars on receiving honours on the night will  be actor Benicio del Toro and Michael Fassbender’s on-off girlfriend Alicia Vikander who will get the Hollywood Breakout Actress Award.
Also Hollywood heavyweight Robert De Niro was announced as the recipient of the Hollywood Career Achievement Award.
Meanwhile, Saoirse previously opened up about the Oscar buzz surrounding her new film.
