Actor Jack Reynor was giving the massive honour of throwing in a pitch at a US baseball game.
The Transformers star threw the ceremonial first ball for the Chicago Cubs baseball game – following the footsteps of other A-listers.
Pictures show the 23-year-old – who is engaged to Madeline Mulqueen – wearing his pin-stripe jersey before the match against the New York Mets at the Wrigley Field stadium.
Afterwards Jack and his Transformers: Age of Extinction co-star Nicola Peltz signed autographs for fans.
He is in Chicago as Transformers begins its promotional tour, after previously shooting scenes in the city.
Previously his fiancee Madeline told how she planned a classy Irish wedding when they tie the knot.
