Stars lined out for the European premiere of BIG the Musical at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin last night.
Leading an all-star cast, Jay McGuiness (The Wanted singer) is joined by a full Dublin ensemble of shining local theatre stars, as well as West End stars Jessica Martin, Diana Vickers and Gary Wilmot.
Plenty of well-known faces were spotted on the red carpet on the opening night, including Baz Ashmazy – who was joined by his partner Tanya Evans and their kids.

Models Aoife Walsh and Gail Kaneswaren were also spotted on the night, as well as RTÉ presenter Marty Whelan and UTV Ireland star Jenny Buckley.
Caroline Morahan was also snapped on the red carpet, as she appears to be back in Ireland for the Christmas period as she usually resides in Los Angeles.
Irish audiences will be the first to have the opportunity to witness BIG the Musical before it opens in London’s West End next year, and it is sure to entice and enchant this festive season.

BIG, the heart-warming and hilarious Broadway musical based on the classic movie starring Tom Hanks, tells the story of Josh Baskin, a twelve year old boy who hates being little, until one night at the carnival the mysterious Zoltar machine grants his wish to be big.
Trapped in an adult’s body and alone in New York, he innocently tries to find his way around a grown-up world where it’s all work and no play. But whilst everyone around him tries to act their age, Josh just can’t help being himself. Maybe he can teach the real adults a thing or two…
