On Monday night, a host of VIPs and local residents turned out to celebrate the arrival of The Ivy Dawson Street in Dublin.
Hosted a week before the official opening on Tuesday, July 24 – guests were invited to explore the brasserie’s interiors whilst enjoying an evening of Champagne and cocktails.
Guests on the night included Picture This, Louis Walsh, Lucy Kennedy, Erin McGregor, Samantha Mumba, Yvonne Connolly, and Keith Barry.
The Ivy Dawson Street is the first international brasserie from The Ivy Collection, and is located in the heart of Dublin’s city centre.
Catering for every occasion, The Ivy Dawson Street will be overseen by Jamie Belton as General Manager, and Head Chef Nick Lentini.
Positioned on one of Dublin’s most fashionable streets, the brasserie-style restaurant and bar can accommodate up to 200 guests, and features an all-encompassing menu complete with breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner.
The brasserie also features a private dining room named ‘The Jonathan Swift Room,’ seating up to 36 guests and offering an ideal space for events, birthdays or stylish working lunches.
The Ivy Dawson Street will serve food from dawn until dusk, incorporating a selection of classics including shepherd’s pie, crispy duck salad and an indulgent chocolate bombe, alongside a selection of locally inspired dishes such as Dublin Bay prawns and Dungarvan oysters.
