Karl Daly, who is just 21, was in living Portugal when The Movie Songfirst came to prominence in 2014, by accident he heard the song, knowing none of its history, and started performing it at his local gigs.

He had such an incredible reaction to it that he got in touch with songwriter Karl Broderick for his blessing to re-record it.

Karl Broderick was so impressed with the version that he decided to sign the other Karl to his new label, Anthem Music, and put a new sound to it for summer 2016.

Produced by Jamie Sellers in London, The Movie Song is ready to set the airwaves alight with the catchiest pop sound of the summer.
