Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, seriously worked up a sweat at WellFest this weekend.
The famed fitness guru attracted many to the health-focused event, which was held in Dublin’s Herbert Park, where he hosted an intense HIIT session with hundreds of people.
Over 5,000 people descended upon the park this weekend for WellFest, Ireland’s only health, wellness and fitness festival.

Sponsored by KBC, the two-day festival saw a host of international and national stars sharing tips and hosting sessions on all things health, nutrition, fitness and wellness related.
Also spotted was TV star Baz Ashmawy, who was joined by his family on the day.
Sharing behind the scenes footage from WellFest on his Snapchat, Baz hilariously filmed his partner Tanya and their daughter Charlotte getting a picture with heartthrob Joe Wicks, and said, “They’re so girly, it makes me wanna puke”.

WellFest co-founder Katie Ryan said the organisers were delighted with the turnout and line-up for the event, with tickets sold out across the weekend.
