Former member of Girls Aloud, Nadine Coyle is taking a break from motherhood and has gone back into the studio to record her second solo album.
The singer who gave birth to her daughter Anaiya last February with her American beau Jason Bell, has hit the studio and is excited about her new music.
“I am recording the album as we speak and I’m so, so excited about it. I have about seven songs that I love.”

“I would love it to be released sooner rather than later but it will definitely be this year,” she said.
Nadine who released her first album on her own label, is hoping to go with a “major label” this time around.
“I would like to go with a major label this time around but I’m just concentrating on making the album at the moment.

“I would describe it as similar to the London Grammar sound.
“It’ll be a little different to what people expect,” she told the Daily Star.
The Lord of the Dance star had previously released her debut album Insatiable in 2010 with little success only reaching no. 20 in the Irish charts.
