Louis Walsh has revealed that Liam Payne wrote Irish band Hometown’s new track The Night We Met.
Speaking to 2fm, the Hometown manager admitted that One Direction member Liam Payne wrote the band’s new single.
“Isn’t it a really good song from Liam Payne,” he said.

The six-piece have rose to fame with performances around Ireland and UK while supporting British band The Vamps.
“The first two records were really good, I think this is even better but the album is full of great pop songs,” he told The Nicky Byrne Show on 2FM.
Meanwhile, The spat between the Mayo Native and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini continues as she recently revealed that she didn’t believe he would return to the X Factor.

The former X Factor judged hit back at her comments, saying: “She’s hired, she’s just hired hand, it’s noting to do with her.
“Let’s be honest, it’s up to Simon you know, I think Simon would like me back in an ideal world,” he revealed.
