Louis Walsh has said Simon Cowell would have to offer him a lot of money for him to consider returning to the X Factor.
The Mayo native hasn’t ruled out a return – admitting he would only go back if the music mogul could “afford” him.
”If Simon can afford me. I would only go back if it was going to be fun,” he said.

“I’ve had 11 great years, I wouldn’t want to go back unless it was going to be fun.
”But Simon knows what he’s doing. And he’s very competitive so he’ll want to come back and have the best show on TV. He always wants to be number one,” he told BANG Showbiz.
The music man, who sat on the talent show’s judging panel for 11 years, insisted viewers are starting to miss him – however he admitted he loves new judge Rita Ora.
”The panel isn’t as good as other years. They’re not as good without me. I think Rita is great, she’s really fun and she always looks amazing,” he divulged.
