Legions of Liam Neeson fans will be thrilled to hear the Taken star is set for another action movie.
The Irish actor is the final stages of talks to star in A Willing Patriot – a terrorist themed thriller from A Funny Man director Martin Zandvliet.
The Antrim native will play a top CIA agent who engages in an elaborate cat-and-mouse game with a sinister terrorist.

Liam’s characters tries to outsmart and capture the villian before he can stage another attack.
In true action star style, the Hollywood actor will “risk everything, including his own life, to stop his foe and avenge his mysterious past.”
“Liam Neeson is one of the defining actors of our generation and audiences will love him in this role,” Marc Butan said today in an announcement.

It looks like the Love Actually actor may have his work cut out for him after he previously revealed he can’t do more than three takes on a movie set before becoming exhausted.
