Jeremy Clarkson suspended from Top Gear – after 'hitting' IRISH producer

Jeremy Clarkson has been suspended from Top Gear after allegedly hitting an Irish TV producer.

The BBC star apparently “hit” the producer named as Oisin Tymon, who has worked on Top Gear for over 10 years.

Earlier today BBC confirmed Jeremy had been suspended after a “fracas” with a producer.

“Jeremy saw red over a catering issue. He just snapped,” an insider told the Mirror.

The fight reportedly took place after filming in Newcastle with co-hosts James May and Richard Hammond both present.

“It was all over a catering issue. They came to the end of filming after a long day and Jeremy discovered that no food had been laid on,” the source revealed.
