Imelda May has revealed that would love to have Bono as a guest on her RTE chat show.
The Dublin singer had the likes of Kodaline and Bob Geldof on the first series of The Imelda May Show and she has high hopes for her next crop of interviewees.
We would have to get U2, they’re one of the biggest bands in the world. I’ll twist Bono’s arm to come on,” she told Goss.ie.

The Liberties native also admitted that she has had a host of celebs asking her can they be a guest on her RTE chat show.
“I’m getting a lot of people saying they would do it, huge names saying they would love to be on it,” she said.
“I’ve Meat Load saying he wants to do it, Divine  Comedy wants to do it so that’s amazing.”
While Imelda may have a host of guests already lined up, the Liberties native admitted that RTE have not asked her to come back for another series yet.
