ODEON Cinema have named Dublin’s favourite Irish Actors and Actresses.
The cinema group commissioned iReach to ask Dubliners who was Dublin’s top actor and actress with nearly 1,000 Dubliners responding to the question.
In the week that Colin Farrell has returned to Ireland for the premiere of his movie The Lobster  – the Castleknock native also landed the number 2 spot on the list.

However, he wasn’t able to get past big screen veteran Brendan Gleeson who came in as Dublin’s favourite actor.
Meanwhile, the capital’s favourite actress is Home Alone 2 star Brenda Fricker at number 5 followed in a close second by  The Clinic’s Amy Huberman at number 6.
Other actors on the list include Poldark star Aidan Turner, Aidan Gillen and Domhnall Gleeson.
