Danny O’Reilly has opened up about Hozier’s rise to fame and says ‘he’s still the same dude’.
The Coronas played at V Festival this weekend and graced the same stage as the Bray singer.
“We got to see his set as well, it was amazing and you know I’ve seen Hozier a couple of times the last couple of years here in London and love him, absolutely love him and so happy for him that it’s taken off, he’s such a lovely guy as you know,” he said.

The Dubliner spent some time with the Wicklow star backstage where he chatted to him about his career.
“We only met him briefly and I was like ‘Man how you getting on, how you finding it all?’, he told Eoghan McDermott on his new show in 2fm.
“I can tell he’s in a bit of a world wind  but he’s still the same dude and he’s really enjoying it,” he added.
