Daniel O’Donnell has gushed about his Strictly Come Dancing partner Kristina Rihanoff.
The Donegal native is competing on the BBC dancing show against the likes of Peter Andre and revealed that he and Kristina are getting along great.
“We were rehearsing one day and Kristina said to me, ‘I’m a flower’ and I said, ‘Well, if you’re a flower, I’m the weed standing beside you’,” he said.

The crooner thanked his fans for supporting him as he takes to the dancefloor.
“The support that people are giving me, especially from home, I’m getting a lot of good wishes, so I’d just like to say, ‘Thanks a million’.”
“It’s a real joy to do even though there are times when I’m going, ‘Oh my goodness, how am I going to manage this?'”

Meanwhile, Daniel insisted that he has no regrets about doing Strictly.
“I haven’t regretted doing it. In my mind I say, ‘You’re not a dancer, you’re somebody who is lucky to have got the opportunity to do this, enjoy it, learn as much as you can, and treat it in that fashion.”
It comes after Majella O’Donnell admitted that she’s not worried about her husband running off with Kristina.
