Colin Farrell's film The Lobster wins Jury Prize at Cannes

It’s been announced The Lobster has picked the Jury Prize at this year’s Cannes Film Festival in the South of France.

Shot in Ireland, The Lobster has become a firm favourite of critics at the festival and is already being tipped for Oscar success.

Starring Colin Farrell, Rachel Weisz, John C. Reilly, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux and Michael Smiley, the dramedy is set in the near future and sees people forced to find a mate within 45 days or be turned into animals.
