Chef Adrian takes over the kitchen at BIC BBQ Masterclass

Models, stylists and media heads joined together for the first BIC BBQ Masterclass last week.

Headed by top Irish Chef Adrian, model Thalia Heffernan joined the delicious Masterclass in Dublin’s Cook’s Academy to teach us a thing or two about barbecues.

Throughout the evening guests were treated to Prosecco and wine as the class learned how to make pizzas, sweet potatoes, BBQ chicken and more food from scratch.

Recipes on the night included ‘Beer Can Chicken’ and ‘Barbecued Chocolate Molten Pudding.’

Joining the class was top celebrity stylist Laura Mullet, PR guru and Snapchat star Rob Kenny and of course top model Thalia.

Also spotted cooking up a storm was blogger Sue Jordan and top stylist Corina Gaffey.
