Brendan Gleeson has been cast alongside Michael Fassbender in the movie version of Assassain’s Creed.
The hugely popular video game is coming to the big screen with Michael in the lead role, and now Brendan has been cast as his father.
According to Deadline.com Jeremy Irons has also joined the stellar line-up which also includes Marion Cotillard.
Reuniting: Marion and Michael worked together on Macbeth
Michael and Marion just worked together on the movie version of Macbeth, which was directed by Justin Kurzel, the same director behind Assassin’s Creed.
The news comes after Goss.ie exclusively revealed Michael was filming scenes for the flick in Malta.
