Aoibhinn McGinnity has revealed that she wont be heartbroken if she doesn’t hit the big time in the US.
The former Love/Hate star was thrilled when she landed a role in HBO crime drama Quarry which is due to air in America and Ireland next year.
However, the actress has said that her age has given her a relaxed approach when it comes to her career and she wont be heart-broken if she doesn’t break the US.
Career: Aoibhinn will be appearing on US drama Quarry next year
“I am heading back over there at some stage after Christmas and I will have a few meetings and see what happens, but I am not overly stressed about it,” she said.
“I am that bit older now so I know how things work. I’m not expecting anything to happen overnight and everything that has happened over there has been so nice so I’m just taking it as it comes.”
“If it works out and more work comes my way then great, but if not, that’s fine too.”
