This years IFTA Awards celebrated the finest in Irish film and television the country has to offer.
Some of the nation’s brightest stars lined the red carpet at Dublin’s Mansion House to celebrate the hard work of Ireland’s acting heroes.
Big winners on the night included legendary film director Jim Sheridan who was honoured with a lifetime achievement award presented by Game Of Thrones star Sean Bean.

Meanwhile, up and coming actress Sarah Greene was the big winner of the night after she nabbed the coveted gong for Rising Star as well as receiving the award for Best Supporting Actress.
As expected, hit RTE series Love/Hate was a big winner on the night, beating out other TV heavyweights like The Fall by winning the trophy for Best Drama.
