Stunning Lisa Madden has been crowned the winner of Miss Universe Ireland today.
The Cork beauty will now represent Ireland in the Miss Universe final next January in Miami.

She is a third year dentistry student at University College Cork – and follows in the footsteps of other winners including Roz Purcell.
She was also a Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model finalist in series eight of the Sky show.
Gorgeous Lisa was crowned the winner by judges including model boss Andrea Roche and ex-Miss World Rosanna Davison.

Former Miss Universe Ireland Adrienne Murphy and Vanity X Make Up’s Debbie McQuillan also helped decide on the winner.
Dubliner Sinead Duffy was the runner up and Meath native Rose McGahan was the second runner up in the pageant.

It was organised by model boss Andrea Roche, who has the rights to Miss Universe from Donald Trump’s company.
Previously Roz Purcell went on to be signed by the US property billionaire after competing in the final.
