Sharon Corr opens up on the turbulent past of The Corrs

Sharon Corr has admitted her band The Corrs don’t argue as much since making their comeback – insisting they now listen to what each other has to say.

Opening up about their past, Sharon revealed they always agreed when it came to their music although they were often rows.

“I suppose what has changed for us is we always worked pretty well together except from when we were killing each other. Like any old family,” she said.

“But musically we pretty much gelled and now we’re open to listening to each other’s opinions, that’s very important.”

The former Voice of Ireland coach admitted the family band have become more level-headed since shooting to worldwide fame in the 90s and are now at ease coming together after a 10 year break .

“That just is age and everybody, most people if they learn anything in their lives, they’ve learned a little bit more to listen as they get older,” she told Woman’s Way.

“We’re not as stubborn as we used to be, [we’ve] probably got more self-confidence so you’re able to let something go faster and find the next thing.

“I think we’ve all grown up and learnt a lot in the meantime. We bring different things musically nowadays.”
