Cathal Pendred is enjoying every moment of filming his first flick, a 90s reboot of TV show Baywatch.
The former MMA fighter has been updating his social media followers on his latest movie project after he retired from the UFC late last year.
Posting a pic of himself outside Baywatch headquarters, the handsome athlete, who’s role in the film is unknown, wrote, “The 90’s kid within me is very happy.”
The sports star is currently on-set in Miami shooting alongside the movie’s leads Zac Efron and former WWE wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
The 28-year-old uploaded a pic from filming – showing him behind The Rock cheering him on during a scene.
“Not everyone can motivate @TheRock to do “just 1 more rep”. But when I’m behind him screaming, it works! #100PullUps #Baywatch #LifesABeach,” he captioned the snap.
Sharing the pic on his social media, the former UFC star struck up a friendship with the actor during filming – with The Rock tweeting how much fun he had with the Irish man.
