Sad news for One Direction fans as both Niall Horan and Harry Styles will be no shows at the BRIT Awards.
The Mullingar native is unable to attend the star studded event at London’s O2, meaning only Liam and Louis will be there to represent the group.
The pair will present an award on the night and are in with a chance of picking up an award for British Video of the Year for their single Drag Me Down.

Niall is currently away on holidays in Thailand while he enjoys the band’s extended hiatus.
“This could have been one last hurrah for the boys at what could be their last BRIT Awards as a band,” a source told The Sun.
“But Harry has shown no interest in attending and Niall is away on his holidays in Thailand.

“Louis and Liam want to be there as a thank you for all the fans voting for them in the Best Video category – which is the big audience vote of the night,” the source added.
“The band still have a massive fanbase and they should clean up in the public vote so they’re hoping it won’t be a wasted trip.”
Niall is already thinking about his career post 1D and is said to be in the early stages of opening a golf agency.
