Saoirse Ronan is set to star in the writing and directorial debut of actress Greta Gerwig’s new film Lady Bird.
The Carlow beauty will play a high school senior in the movie following her last year at home in Sacramento.
According to Deadline, the 21-year-old will film the flick while she makes her Broadway debut in Arthur Miller’s The Crucible.
