Michael Fassbender has opened up about his relationship with Alicia Vikander.
The notoriously private pair, who set tongues wagging when they were first spotted together in 2014, sat together at the Golden Globes.
On the red carpet, the Fish Tank actor admitted he hoped to steal a moment with his love before they have to part ways for work.
“She heads back to Vegas and I head back to London but hopefully we’ll get a minute together. That would be nice,” he told ET.

“We’ll have a few drinks and then we’re both out of here early [in the] morning – two in the morning or something.”
Meanwhile, the loved-up couple partook in some sweet PDA during the award show.
The pair, shared admiration for one another when the Kerry man’s name was called out as a nominee for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture-Drama.
Turning to the 38-year-old, Alicia gave a the Steve Jobs star a supportive rub on his back as they both waited who would be named the winner.

Although Michael didn’t get the honour, it’s clear things are definitely on for the couple.
