The much-loved Toblerone has just upset A LOT of people, as it looks like they’ve made a big change to their chocolate bars.
Mondelez International, the company behind the famed Toblerone, has increased the gap between the peaks to reduce the weight of what were 400g and 170g bars.
The company has since said that the move was down to the rise in the cost of ingredients.
In a statement on the Toblerone Facebook page, the company said they had to make a decision between changing the look of the bars or raising the price.
Naturally, people are VERY angry about this decision – and, of course, everyone is blaming Brexit already:
#toblerone #brexit I told you that leaving the EU would have serious consequences. Now I’ m really upset. pic.twitter.com/w81cWYpNl4
