The hugely popular Snapchat star accidentally listed his entire gaff on Air BnB, and people had already started lining up to rent his house.
The Dubliner was left in shock when he received a text from an Air BnB user saying they were on the way to stay over – when he didn’t even know his house was listed on the site.
“I decided to try make a bit of extra dosh so listed the gaff on AirBnB, but we decided against it last-minute,” James told Goss.ie.
“However, I hadn’t ACTUALLY taken it down and enabled ‘instant booking’ meaning I had people from all over the world en route to my gaff expecting a warm welcome and a cup of tea,” he explained.
“I get a text from Maria being like ‘on the way – can’t wait to see your house’ – I panicked and rang AirBnB and they were actually a dream to deal with.
“My house was quickly taken down and the poor souls were offered alternative accommodation.
“We’re definitely going to re-list soon though – so we could be having sleepovers yet,” he laughed.
