Ireland’s largest Gin parlour is about to open – and it’s in Galway

Ireland’s largest gin parlour is coming soon and we’re seriously excited.

Opening Friday April 27th in Galway city, Hyde is set to become THE bar to go to.

With grafitti on the walls, and the best gins in the world available, we’ve no doubt this place is going to be out the door.

“We wanted to have one of the largest collections of Gin in Ireland and with 500 I think it’s safe to say we have that title,” marketing manager Doug Leddin said.

“We had friends from around the world collect Gin for us over the last twelve months and worked closely with the Celtic whiskey store who recently ran the very successful Gin Experience in Dublin Castle, in order to help us source so many gins from around the world.”

“Our most unusual gin has to be ‘Unicorn Tears Gin’ which isn’t made from real unicorns tears as they don’t cry due to their happy nature.

“But made from a bunch of secret ingredients on a unicorn farm in a secret location resulting in a bittersweet gin experience and an iridescent glittery appearance.

And as if Hyde doesn’t already sound like heaven, there’s also a unique flower wall (perfect for the insta huns out there).

The bar will boast Irish gin lamps, bloom Gin vases, and an indoor Green-House.

But don’t worry you’ll still be able to get your favourite rums, vodkas and craft beers.
