Here’s when all of Dublin’s Christmas lights will be turned on

Grafton Street's lights will be turned on TODAY

Prepare for the festivities as the Christmas lights on Grafton Street are going to be turned on today.

Switching on the lights will be popular Irish band Heritage Green, known for hits like Not Your Lover and Quicksand.

There will also be fun for all the family with stilt-walkers and other performers mingling with the crowd.

The lights will be turned on this evening from 6pm at the top of St. Stephen’s Green.

Also performing at the special event are Glenn and Ronan who went viral for their Adele melody and landed on the Ellen Show over in the U.S.

On Thursday the 17th of November from 5pm, the duo will be back performing with popular Dublin band The Riptide Movement to switch on the lights on Henry Street.

Then on Thursday the 24th of November, more musicians will be singing and performing in Smithfield as it’s lights turn on from 5.30pm.

Last but not least, O’Connell Street’s lights will be switched on from 4pm on November 27th.
