Here’s all the details for this year’s Taste of Dublin

Dublin’s legendary culinary festival, Taste of Dublin, is set to return this June and we have all the details for you.

This year’s festival is in association with international home furnishing retailer JYSK and will see it take place in a new location.

Here are all the details for the popular food and cultural four-day event.

Dates, Time and Location

Taste of Dublin 2024 will run from Thursday 13th June to Sunday 16th June.

The festival is set to take place in a new location, the historic Merrion Square which will see more than 34,000 visitors, according to the organisers.

Each day there will be two sessions for people to attend – the first being 12.00 to 16.30 and the second is 18.00 to 22.30.

Tickets are sold for each session and are only valid for the time and date indicated on the ticket.

Ticket Prices and Bundles

Those wishing to attend the event can purchase tickets from the event website.

The standard entry pass starts from €18.

The Häagen-Dazs VIP suit tickets are from €54 and include a fast-track entry, a glass of Champagne, a complimentary drink and guaranteed unreserved seating.

The Häagen-Dazs VIP suite ticket bundle is €66 which includes fast-track entry, a glass of Champagne, a complimentary drink, guaranteed unreserved seating and two signature dishes.

Children under 10 can enter the event for free.

 

Events

The new M&S Food Chef’s Kitchen will see the best of Irish and International chefs will once again inspire audiences.

The kitchen lineup includes Mark Moriarty, JP McMahon, Trisha Lewis, Holly White, Eric Matthews and Aisling Larkin.

TV Chef Erica Drum will also share her culinary skills to inspire visitors to create the ultimate dining experience.

Michelin star chef Sommelier Majken Bech-Bailey and Head Chef of Goldie’s in Cork, Aishling Moore will debut at this year’s festival.

There will be a number of pop-up restaurants for visitors to try different foods across the weekend.

They include speciality ramen restaurant Nomo Ramen, steak restaurant Bovinity, Irish bistro style restaurant Neighbourhood, Dosa Dosa Indian Street Food, and oyster bar King Sitric.

Tony’s Chocolonely Chocolate Making Experience will also make its much-anticipated festival return.

New to the festival this year, is the Tanqueray Gin Bar experience and the renowned O’Brien’s Wine Masterclasses.

Also new to the event, Disney+ will be creating iconic dishes made popular by FX’s Emmy award-winning comedy-drama series, The Bear.

The festival also invites visitors to an exclusive party like no other with a special Bingo Loco experience.

Music lovers can also relax and enjoy the summer beats at both the Bulmers Music Stage and Mastercard Music Stage with popular Irish acts such as ABBAesque, Spring Break, The Swing Cats, The Victory Dolls and Jake Carter plus many more, performing across the four days.
