As August begins, traditionally the most popular month to get married, Domino’s will be giving 10 soon-to-be-weds a chance to have their big day catered by the nation’s best-loved pizzamaker.
Research carried out by Domino’s shows that 50% of guests admitted to being served food they didn’t like at weddings, and 71% of couples said they plan to serve their favourite food on their big day – so it stands to reason that more people are investing in a food that everyone loves: pizza!
Confetti Magazine Editor and Author of The Wedding Planner Laura Cunningham said: “People are looking for different ways to celebrate this momentous occasion and I see a lot of couples leaning towards a less formal meal or replacing the late-evening feast with food that guests really want.”
“Couples also have to take into account new food trends and dietary requirements when organising food for their guests. Domino’s delivers something for everyone; omnivores, carnivores, vegetarians, as well as gluten free pizzas and a lower calorie options.”
