Meet the six girls heading into Love Island’s Casa Amor

Things are heating up in the Love Island villa.

Tonight, the girls and boys will split into separate villas in the ultimate loyalty test.

The boys will be joined by six new stunning girls and six new gorgeous guys will join the girls – all hoping to turn the Islanders heads.

Here’s everything we know about the girls heading into Casa Amor – including two Irish beauties:

Salma Naran

ITV

Salma Naran is a 20-year-old model/influencer from Dublin.

When asked why she signed up for the show, the Irish beauty said: “I’ve never been in love. What better place to have a tunnel vision and really finding your one? It’s the perfect atmosphere, you don’t have the outside world distractions.”

“It looks like time moves fast in there in a good way – it’s like, do you actually like me or not? In the real world it’s so wishy-washy. With this, it’s just, you need to know.”

Salma describes herself as “the bubbliest person in the room” with “a lot of vibrant energy”.

When asked how her family and friends would describe her, the model said: “Confident would be the top thing that everyone says about me. Chatty, I am chatty once I’m comfortable around you.”

“I can be shy at times if I don’t like the energy. I do pick up on energies a lot. I don’t like confrontation. I am a very fiery person but I would never start something just because.”

“If I’m confronted then I probably would get fiery. I don’t bother people if they don’t bother me.”

Mary Bedford

ITV

Mary Bedford is a 22-year-old model who famously dated former Love Island star Chris Hughes.

The Wakefield native said: “I have the worst luck, ever, with boys. Genuinely the worst ever. I always get dragged into the same circle of boys. So I was like, I need to go in another direction.”

“I think I’ll spice things up. I think I will step on a few toes which will be interesting.”

When asked who she has her eye on, Mary said: “Liam. He’s just beautiful. He’s 6ft6 for a start, he seems really old-school, like a gentleman. And he’s basically the same age as me. He’s perfect. Other than that Teddy or Toby.”

“I’m just going to get in there, see how Liam actually is feeling about Millie really and then reassess. I’m definitely not one to lay it on thick. I’ll just do a bit of flirting and see how it goes. That’s the whole aim isn’t it?”

“If I go in there and I really like Liam I’ll have to step on Millie’s toes. If all the boys are coupled up you will be stepping on toes. If I could get away with not having a conversation I probably would as I hate confrontation, but if I need to I would.”

Kaila Troy

ITV

Kaila Troy is a 28-year-old DJ from Dublin.

She said: “My friends would say I’m very energetic. Never got into drinking, was never my thing, but I’d be the one up all night still and they’d be falling asleep.”

“They’d say I was very outgoing and hardworking for sure. What I want I go and get it. Independent, too. And caring and loving.”

“I’m really looking forward to meeting everybody and finding somebody. I’m really intrigued and excited about who I’ll meet in there.”

“I am very competitive. I wouldn’t have gotten where I am in work and my career if I wasn’t prepared to have a little drive and oomph in me.”

Amy Day

Amy Day is a 25-year-old performer from Surrey.

She said: “I’m clearly not very good at dating myself. I’m looking forward to the experience and the potential of finding someone I might not have met.”

When asked how her friends and family would describe her, Amy added: Fun, don’t take anything seriously. I don’t get knocked back easily, I’m always like this is what was meant to happen. I’m positive and also a really good friend.”

“I am a girls’ girl, massive girls’ girl. But obviously I’m here to find love. So I would let [the girls] know I am interested and then gauge what they’re feeling as well.”

“I will step on toes if needs be, but that’s obviously not my aim. But they might also realise what they had was just because that’s all they had.”

Clarisse Juliette

©ITV Plc

Clarisse Juliette is a 23-year-old influencer from London.

She said: “I’m bored of hugging my pillow… it’s time to find a boyfriend. I feel like guys are coming in here to actually find a girlfriend as well.”

When asked who she has her eye on, Clarisse revealed: “Teddy – he’s tall, confident and smooth. I don’t like horrible, cocky guys. If they are honest, that’s what I’d prefer.”

Clarisse said she’s hoping to bring some “fun and comedy” to the show.

“I’m bubbly and loving,” she added, revealing her friends and family describe her as “goofy, intelligent, independent and outgoing”.

Lillie Haynes

ITV

Lillie Haynes is a 22-year-old trainee accountant from South Shields.

She said: “I’ve definitely got my eye on Jake. He’s 100% the type of boy I would go for at home. It’s too good of a match not to just go for.”

“Liam is definitely a dark horse for me, he’s like James Bond when you look at him, absolutely gorgeous. So he could be a very close second.”

She added: “I love a challenge. I’m just going to be myself. I’m quite cheeky, naturally flirty, make it clear what I want anyway.”

“If I get the signals of ‘back off, I’m sleeping outside by myself’ then I will… I’m going in there to date people I don’t usually date. I will explore other options. I’ll make it
clear that I’m going in for that.”

“I don’t mind stepping on toes. I’m there for the same reason they are.”

Love Island continues tonight on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player at 9pm.
