YouTube sensation Alfie Deyes announced as festival headline for Social Media Live

Alfie Deyes has been announced as the festival headliner for Social Media Live , a new festival that will showcase the latest technologies and future predictions that are influencing social media in the RDS on October 25th, 2018.

The YouTuber, who boasts 11 million subscribers, will join social media obsessed writer, comedian and actor David Schneider along with a stellar line up of innovators, world-renowned experts, artists, commentators and those at the forefront of developments in the online world to debate their insights and fears about the radical changes coming across social media.

#SocialMediaLive will bring the multiple facets of online communities together to engage their senses with interactive content, new technologies and an electric atmosphere of discussions.

From the persistent myths about Generation Z, the fast-changing world of influencer marketing, trust in storytelling, keeping up with social video, audience perceptions, innovative tech trends, to questioning if satire is dead.
