Dublin is getting a brand new hotel – and it sounds unreal.
A piece of Graffiti on Bowlane (just behind St Stephens Green Shopping centre) appeared this week by Kathrina Rupit and it turns out it’s a teaser for what’s to come.
Marlin.com a well-known London based operation are opening their first hotel in Dublin next summer.
The new Dublin Hotel will feature over 300 bedrooms and will open just behind St Stephens Green Shopping centre making it the best-located hotel to open in Dublin in years.
Speaking to Goss.ie, Marketing Manager Doug Leddin said Marlin Group is introducing the concept of luxury living at competitive prices.
“This starts with the selection of the location, it is a three minute walk to Dublin’s St Stephens Green Luas line as well as being on most major bus routes and a ten minute stroll from Dublin’s Air Coach Stop.
“This is all to ensure that Business and leisure guests spend the least possible amount of time commuting and more time to work or explore our great city.”
The Marlin Hotel plans to streamline the guest experience with self-check in counters, High-speed fibre optic broadband and luxury guest rooms.
Each room will feature an XL custom made luxury bed, HD TVs loaded with Netflix and over 100 channels, USB ports, ambient lighting and some funky Art Work.
